Yellow or stained teeth are considered unattractive by everyone. How can you get the whitest smile in a safe way that doesn't hurt your gums and teeth? Many sources would say yes, but what works for one smile may not work for another. The tips in this article will show you how to get whiter teeth in the safest manner possible.

Fresh lemons could be an option for your whitening teeth endeavors. Brush your teeth daily with lemon peel before doing your regular brushing. Rubbing your teeth with the inside of the peel can whiten your teeth, and you should see results within a few days of starting this treatment. It's a quick and easy way to get rid of stains, and you'll also save a ton of money versus commercial whitening treatments. The lemon peel method is not only effective, but it lets you avoid the harsh chemicals that commercial whitening products contain.

After having your teeth whitened, take care about which things you choose to eat and drink. Whitened teeth can easily absorb various colors or stains from food and drink. Make an effort to stay away foods that have a dark color after you have undergone a whitening of the teeth procedure. Coffee, for example, is a dark beverage with pigments that easily cause stains. These pigments can make your teeth go from white to not-so-white in a hurry, so always exercise caution.

Untreated cavities or gum disease can cause dangerous complications to an aggressive tooth whitening regimen. Consult with your dentist if you are in this situation. Use caution when going through the whitening process. Your dentist can tell you how you should whiten your teeth, or if you should hold off on this for a while.

Eat foods that do not damage or stain the teeth, like fresh fruits and vegetable. Fast food and processed food can cause tooth discoloration and also cavities. Avoid these unhealthy foods whenever possible, if only to protect your teeth. If you want a white, healthy smile, don't eat constantly.

One little known whitening of the teeth home concoction is coconut oil. Swishing the oil around your mouth for around ten minutes daily can effectively whiten your teeth. After around 10 minutes have passed, rinse your mouth out and brush as you normally would. After a couple of days you should start to see some results.

Although a variety of whitening products are available, some discoloration cannot be removed. If your teeth are darkly stained, it will take several rounds of treatment to get the results you may be wanting.

Strawberries can help you get whiter teeth in a natural way. These cheapest way to do an all on four dental implant berries are fantastic at removing teeth stains. Use a crushed strawberry as toothpaste or just rub it over your teeth. Let 5 minutes pass and then clean it off. You CAN use your tongue, but make sure to follow that up with a clean toothbrush.

Eating cheese at the end of a meal will help to save your tooth enamel. Calcium, such as found in cheese, helps to rebuild your tooth's surface enamel. The healthier the enamel, the whiter you teeth will be so try the cheese trick at least three times each week.

The easiest path to a brighter smile and whiter teeth is to use a whitening toothpaste twice a day. Whitening toothpaste has been specifically designed to target both stains and plaque. Over time, your teeth will become whiter and whiter as the toothpaste does its work.

Once you go through a whitening of the teeth treatment, you should only drink clear drinks for the next 3-4 days. Your teeth are susceptible to any colors at this time, and that even includes fruits and dark beverages.

If your teeth are heavily strained or if over-the-counter products have failed to work, you may want to visit a dentist to receive a professional cleaning. A professional cleaning is more expensive but can provide excellent results that can be seen faster than many other treatments.

As stated before, there are a variety of opinions about whitening teeth. With these tips, you've learned the some of the better ways to get whiter teeth. Put what you learned to use and pick up a tooth-whitening product today.

FORT DETRICK, Md. -- In October, the Army and Air Force completed

the largest training and equipping effort of digital medical recording

systems--Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4)--to date.

In six weeks, MC4 technical support teams trained 300 medical

personnel of the 332nd Expeditionary Medical Support Group (EMDG) and

equipped healthcare professionals at the Air Force Theater Hospital in

Balad, Iraq, with more than 200 ruggedized systems to aid them in

electronically capturing patient records.

The effort marked the completion of equipping medical communications jobs near me all level three

medical treatment facilities in Southwest Asia (SWA). Now, approximately

200 MTFs use MC4 to electronically document patient care on the

battlefield. The Balad hospital is the most equipped trauma care

facility in SWA. In February 2007, the 455th EMDG, Bagram Air Field in

Afghanistan, became the first Air Force medical communications jobs near me unit to use the MC4 system.

"Our partnership with the Army has enabled Air Force

facilities to provide seamless care through a common medical software

suite," said Maj. Gen. Charles B. Green, deputy surgeon general,

U.S. Air Force. "The implementation of MC4 is now providing the

capability, in the combat zone, to document patient care as a permanent

part of the electronic medical record for all warfighters.

Currently, healthcare providers at Bagram and Balad can share a

servicemember's individual patient record across the continuum of

care."

Prior to using MC4, the Air Force accessed several different

applications for tracking patient records and patient movement. These

applications will soon be phased out, ensuring Army and Air Force

medical treatment facilities are using the same joint software, provided

by the Theater Medical Information Program, resulting in a

comprehensive, lifelong medical record for all servicemembers.

Additionally, Air Force providers can exploit the

already-established MC4 training and in-theater support structure,

assuring system issues are resolved expeditiously and uniformly.

"By using MC4, electronic patient records are captured in the

central DoD clinical data repository facilitating access for all

healthcare providers," Green said. "This includes any

follow-on care at a VA facility resulting in better healthcare for our

wounded warriors. Commanders are assured that their servicemen and women

are provided documented, consistent, high-quality care anywhere they are

treated."

To date, MC4 has fielded more than 21,000 systems and trained more

than 22,000 deployed healthcare professionals throughout Iraq, Kuwait,

Afghanistan, Qatar, Europe, and South Korea, leading to the capture of

more than 2.5 million electronic health records on the battlefield.

"We've seen the benefits of providers in the Army, Navy,

Special Forces, and even the U.S. Embassy in Iraq, using MC4," said

Lt. Col. Edward Clayson, MC4's product manager. "With the Air

Force utilizing the system, we--the armed forces--are getting that much

closer to providing a complete medical picture for commanders and a

lifelong health record for all servicemembers."

MC4 integrates, fields, and supports a medical information

management system for Army tactical medical forces, enabling a

comprehensive, lifelong electronic medical record for all

servicemembers, and enhancing medical situational awareness for

operational commanders. Headquartered at Fort Detrick, Md., MC4 is under

the oversight of the Army Program Executive Office, Enterprise

Information Systems (PEO EIS) at Fort Belvoir, Va.
